Description
A mixture of salt, spices, sugars and flavouring is added to the pork necks. The product is put in casing and seasoned for some months. at the end of the seasoning process the products are sliced and MAP packed.
Ingredients:
pork neck, salt, dextrose, saccharose, spices, flavourings; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (E301); preservative: sodium nitrite (E250), potassium nitrate (E252).
130g of pork are used for 100g of finished product
