Reblochon PDO, cheese made with unpasteurised cows’ milk.
Made in the Haute Savoie Region of in the French Alps. Traditional cheese from mountain area with a delicate nutty aroma and a smooth texture. Works well with cured meat or in recipe like tartiflette.
