Oakpark Smoked Rindless Back Bacon Rashers are sliced from a cured loin of Bacon, naturally smoked using Beechwood chips. Oakpark is a family owned business which was founded in 1940 in Co. Tipperary. Oakpark use seeds of native Irish Corn that are the staple of the feed used on their family pig farm and is made in their own mill in Callan, Co. Kilkenny.
