Meadowland double, a blend of buttermilk and vegetable oils. Use in place of double cream. Can be whipped or poured, or use straight from the carton in a recipe.
Ingredients:
Buttermilk (Milk) (68%), Vegetable Oil (Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm) (30%), Modified Corn Starch, Emulsifiers: (Sucrose Esters Of Fatty Acids, Mono And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids), Soya Lecithin, Buttermilk Powder (Milk), Thickener (Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum).
